Do you Ship your bags worldwide?

Do you accept credit cards from international customers?

Yes we do through nochex or google checkout! there is also the further option of bank transfer and payments through paypal.

Can I cancel my order ?

All orders when placed are final ! Customers so please inquire if in doubt first before ordering.

Do you offer refunds?

Only in cases of manufacturer defects which covers the warranty period in the products description, which varies from item to item. Note please check products description on warranty.

How long does it take to recieve deliver of a bag I order?

Delivery usually takes within 10 working days but we endeavour to fulfill all orders within 7 working days. International customers delivery will be within 10 working days.

Are your bags imitation?

All our bags are 100% genuine made by the various designers whos logo are on display.

Can I return my handbag because I don't like the colour?

No! bags colour are clearly marked on the website in the products attributes so please spend some time and carefully choose your bag colour if unsure contact sales.

Can I pay in installments for my handbag?

No bags must be purchased in full before it is shipped this way everyone is satisfied.

I ordered and payed for my bag but it is now out of stock?

If a baged ordered is out of stock when ordered, You will be refunded but please note that we sell a lot off bags so stock do run out from time to time but we always try to restock as quickly as possible, so you have the option of waiting till new stock arrives or having your money refunded.
